Here is a Solid State QSK TR Switch that I designed a number of years back for another (Tulip) SDR. Because of the language barrier (Polish designer with the design roots in a Russian SDR) and a TR switching scheme I did not fully understand, that effort was unsuccessful. I subsequently (successfully) used it as the TR switch for the Radioberry SDR combined with a QRP-Labs QSX 10W Linear Amplifier. It provides about 49 dB of PA input/output isolation and a little over 1dB insertion loss for RX and TX. The design is adapted from the Hardrock-50 QSK TR Switch (thank you Jim, WA2EUJ!) which has its roots in the Ten Tec Argosy QSK TR Switch. The QSK TR Switch PCB is 30mm x 40mm in size.
I have boards available at a nominal cost, inquire for ordering info.
